Villa Ilida (without swimming pool) Villa Ilida is one of the two villas situated in a private olivegrove and vineyard and overlooking a private bay with access to a private beach and views of the Ionian See. The Villa got its name from the ancient city-state of Ilida which was responsible for the organization of the Olympic games in Olympia. The Villa meets the exacting standards of the National Greek Tourism Organization (EOT) and has the required license ( 0415K92000477501). A spacious and architecturally designed house ( with a personal and hospitable touch), it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Large veranda and garden, barbeque,terrace shower, garden furniture and a dining area with a view of the sea and garden are just a few of the amenities on the ground floor. Both bedrooms on the second floor have comfortable furniture and a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and garden. In the second bedroom one of the beds can be converted (if needed ) into one double or two single beds. The livingroom also includes a diningarea.All outside areas are fully lit at night and both the property and the garden are suitable for children. Please note that Villa Ilida is attached to the apartment of the owners. However, the architectural design and orientation of the villa and the discretion of the owners provide the full privacy and tranquility you desire when you are on holiday.
